Again nears return

David Wachman is weighing up the options for Again as he prepares to bring his Classic-winning filly back to racecourse action.

The daughter of Danehill Dancer battled through testing conditions to win the Irish 1000 Guineas back in May but then failed to fire in the Coronation Stakes at Royal Ascot.

Wachman subsequently reported his stable star to have returned from those exertions slightly under the weather but he has been delighted with her recent progress and a comeback may not be far away.

"She's in good form again now but we will just play it by ear for another week or so before we decide where to go," said Wachman.

"I think she's in as good a form as ever and I don't buy into this theory that she can't handle fast ground. I wouldn't be worried about running her on quick ground again anyway.

"There are a few options but we will weigh things up and see how she is at the time of the races."
