Alisier d'Irlande tops Brightwells Sales Alisier d'Irlande topped the Brightwells Sales at Cheltenham today, selling for £300,000 to Roger Brookhouse. The French bred gelding won his sole point-to-point start in impressive fashion at Templemore earlier this month, when trained by Willie Codd. Another to be sold for big money was Adam Du Breteau. After falling and unseating on his first two starts, the son of Network won at Dromahane last month for Timmy Hyde, and he was bought today by Jonjo O’Neill for £280,000. Potters Point, who finished second at Monksgrange on his only start 'between the flags' for Colin Bowe, was purchased by Willie Mullins and Harold Kirk for £260,000, while Moon Racer, who ran away with the Tattersalls Ireland Sales Bumper at Fairyhouse last week, went for £225,000 to David Pipe.
