ANZUM TO TRY AGAIN NEXT WEEK Anzum looks set to make his reappearance at Cheltenham next Saturday. The 1999 Stayers` Hurdle winner has had his return to action delayed because of the spate of abandonment`s this season, the latest coming with the loss of tomorrow`s meeting at Haydock Park.Although the Tote Credit Club Premier Hurdle has been rescheduled for Doncaster a week tomorrow, the 10-year-old is more likely to run in the Cleeve Hurdle at Cheltenham the same day.His trainer Richard Phillips said today: 'He`ll be entered for Doncaster but we`d have to have a lot of rain.'I thought it was firm enough for him at the last meeting and I would suspect he might go for the Cleeve Hurdle.'The gelding has not run since finishing third behind Behrajan at Haydock 12 months ago.'The two miles five at Cheltenham might be a bit too short for him but we need to get a run into him,' Phillips added.'He`s fine but he`s going to be a bit ring-rusty.'We want to run him somewhere but meetings keep getting abandoned.'
