A multiple winner at Dundalk, Apache Outlaw has a couple of options for the week ahead as he attempts to regain a winning bracket.

The six-year-old gelding was beaten two lengths into third in a rated race on the Polytrack in mid-January, after he signed off last year with a close fourth in a handicap at the same venue.

Ado McGuinness said: "He could be out next Friday here (Dundalk) or in Newcastle next Friday. We have a few entries made for there next week.

"For those calibre of horses, there is great value in it with the races on ITV.

"It is a 50 grand pot he could run for actually that night (Newcastle). We'll look at the entries for both and see from there."

Apache Outlaw has six victories in the book including four at Dundalk. His last success came at the Co Louth venue in December 2024.
