The Ann & Alan Potts owned Aupcharlie has changed yards and is now under the care of Henry De Bromhead.

The seven-year-old son of Daliapour, who was rated as high as 153 over fences last season was trained by Willie Mullins since mid 2011.

After a good start to the 2012/13 season, winning on his first start over fences at Gowran in November and then finishing second in the Grade 1 Topaz Novice Chase at Leopardstown, it ended poorly as he finished down the field in the Jewson at Cheltenham and fell on his last start at the Punchestown Festival last week.

Speaking on attheraces after the success of Elegant Statesman at Limerick yesterday, De Bromhead broke the news and he indicated the bay gelding could be aimed at the Galway Plate along with stablemate Buckers Bridge.
