AUSSIE STAR FOR JULY CUP High-class Australian sprinter Testa Rossa is to bid for this summer`s Darley July Cup at Newmarket in order to enhance his stallion potential. Trainer Dean Lawson said that the multiple Group One winner is expected to begin his campaign in April and may also race in Japan along the way. He told the Australian Associated Press: 'He`s definitely going to England and he will come back into work at the end of the week. 'Japan is on the cards but it depends on getting the right travel arrangements.' Testa Rossa has won 13 of his 24 races and was the joint top-rated four-year-old in Australia last season. An overseas challenge for the July Cup paid off last year when Agnes World triumphed for Japan.
