The Kevin Prendergast-trained colt will be looking to return to winning ways having been out of luck at Royal Ascot and Glorious Goodwood since his finest hour in the Tattersalls Irish 2,000 Guineas. It could be a clash of the Guineas winners as Adrian Keatley has left in Jet Setting, winner of the fillies' equivalent. Others to note in a quality entry are Mutakayyef, who looked a little unlucky in running in the Juddmonte International, Galway winner Dream Walker, Hit It A Bomb and Haydock Sprint Cup third Suedois. Gordon Lord Byron could make a quick reappearance after finishing down the field at Haydock last weekend. His trainer Tom Hogan said: "Conditions didn't suit Gordon Lord Byron at Haydock - I knew we were in trouble before the race with the going but he might run at the end of the week at Leopardstown next. "He could also run in the Concorde Stakes at Tipperary and the Renaissance Stakes at the Curragh - he has plenty of options."
