Better ground for jumpers at Bellewstown

The jumps action at Bellewstown this evening will take place on better ground than last night's Flat card.

The going for today is described as yielding, yielding to soft in places having been soft last night after showers.

Jockeys and trainers reported last night that the best of the ground was out wide and that is where the hurdles are located.

There is a slight change in the ground ahead of this evening's meeting at Tipperary.

The track had a dry night and the ground is now heavy, soft in places.

It had previously been described as heavy, soft to heavy in places.

The ground has dried out at Wexford and is now good to soft, soft in places ahead of tomorrow evening's meeting.

Kilbeggan is now yielding, good to yielding in places. The forecast is for the weather to be unsettled with rain today and tomorrow.

The ground at the Curragh remains soft ahead of the weekend while Cork is now yielding to soft, soft in places.

Ballinrobe race next Tuesday and the ground there is currently yielding to soft.

Killarney hold a three-day meeting, starting next Wednesday, and the going remains soft.
