Trainer Paul Nicholls has indicated his leading chaser Black Corton, winner of 13 races including at Grade 1 level, has been retired.

In the past hour Nicholls tweeted: After discussions with the owners we have decided to retire Black Corton . He will have a lovely home with Bryony. Full story on www.paulnichollsracing on monday
