Blackmore has one for your Notebook Rachael Blackmore is looking forward to Notebook's step up in class for the Grade One Racing Post Novice Steeplechase in Leopardstown on St Stephen's Day. Henry de Bromhead's horse is unbeaten since switching to fences, having landed his beginners' chase in Punchestown before readily delivering in a Grade 2 novice chase at the same track last month. Blackmore said of the six-year-old gelding: "His jumping is extremely good. Like a lot of Henry's he seems to be turning into a much better chaser, and he's a dream horse to ride. "There's no hiding places in a race like that at Leopardstown over Christmas but he's very exciting."
