BoyleSports renew Irish Grand National sponsorship

Fairyhouse Racecourse today announced that BoyleSports will continue to put its name to the Irish Grand National for another four years.

The bookmaker has sponsored the race since 2014. The 2020 renewal of the €500,000 Irish Grand National, which also marks the 150th anniversary of the race, is the centrepiece of the three-day Easter Festival at the Co Meath track.

This year, the Easter Festival runs from Saturday April 11 to Monday April 13 and the BoyleSports Irish Grand National will go to post at 5pm on Easter Monday.

The BoyleSports Irish Grand National is the most valuable jumps race in Ireland. The handicap steeplechase, which has been run at Fairyhouse Racecourse since 1870, is run over 3 miles and 5 furlongs and includes 24 fences. The race allows 30 runners.
