British raid for Lindenhurst again Lindenhurst is set to go on his travels again after landing the O'Neills Bar Handicap at Tramore yesterday evening. Trainer John McConnell has sent his charge to Britain twice already this term, with the three-year-old winning at Bangor and finishing second at Hexham. After strolling home by five lengths in the mile-and-a-half Flat event at Tramore, McConnell is now planning to switch back to obstacles on another British foray. He said: "He's a progressive horse. We nearly sold him for three and a half grand at Goffs last year, but we bought him back. I thought he was worth more than that. "I think he has turned the corner and I was delighted when the rain came. Hopefully the handicapper won't crucify him now. He'll go for a handicap hurdle in England now."
