Bunyan hopeful of further progress from talented duo Darren Bunyan's horses have been in good order for the last few months and Elzaam Blue made it two wins from two starts at Dundalk when winning the nightcap there on Friday under Chris Hayes. Bunyan has high hopes for the late-maturing four-year-old and, after welcoming back his latest winner, the Curragh handler had news of another of his string who's been performing well in recent times. Runner-up at Dundalk on his final juvenile start in November, the Champs Elysees colt J J Jumbo was third in a conditions event at Meydan in late February “We're just back from Dubai with J J Jumbo who finished third on the dirt a couple of weeks ago, which is unusual for a European horse to perform that well out there. “He's back home now next week, we'll give him a little break and freshen him up for a bit. “He'll have a nice backend campaign and then go back out to Dubai again next winter. “He's a grass horse but he performs on the dirt as well. There are plenty of options for him.” Additional reporting by Gary Carson
