Cambridgeshire for Award Dermot Weld is eyeing a tilt at the Irish Cambridgeshire with his progressive gelding Award Ceremony. The three-year-old was one of numerous winners for the master of Rosewell House at the Galway Festival, putting his rivals to the sword by nine lengths and more. He had little trouble following up at Gowran Park a week later and is now set to step into handicap company for the first time at the Curragh on August 31. "He did it really well at Galway and he has won again since so he is certainly progressing," said Weld. "The Irish Cambridgeshire is the plan for him now."
