Chases abandoned at Cork on 2nd January The chase course is unfit for racing at Cork and as a consequence the two chases scheduled for the meeting on Saturday 2nd January have been cancelled. One of the remaining races will be divided to form a six race card. The safety limit has been reduced to 18 horses per race and the going is currently heavy.
