Chris Gordon wins defamation action The head of security of the IHRB Chris Gordon has won his defamation action against the Irish Racehorse Trainers Association and has been awarded €300,000, plus costs, at the High Court this evening. The decision was a unanimous verdict made by jury. SC John Rogers, representing the IRTA, told the court there would be an appeal.
