Christmas Racing Schedule The busy Christmas period is almost upon us with twelve race meetings in Ireland set to take place over the seven days after Christmas Day. Entries will close today for Leopardstown, Limerick and Down Royal on St. Stephen's Day and for the two meetings at Leopardstown and Limerick on 27th December. Tomorrow (Wednesday 21st Dec) will see entries close for the remaining two days at Leopardstown and Limerick on 28th and 29th December and for the New Year's Eve fixture at Punchestown. On Thursday (22nd Dec) entries will close for the two New Year's Day meetings at Fairyhouse and Tramore. Thursday will also see final declarations as usual for the following day's all-weather fixture at Dundalk on Friday 23rd Dec. On Friday 23rd final declarations will be made for all three meetings on St. Stephen's Day. Next week declarations will revert to normal with Tuesday 27th declared on Monday, Wednesday declared Tuesday and so on.
