Churchill in stall 7 for Breeders' Cup Classic Churchill will break from stall seven and War Decree stall two as they attempt to provide Aidan O'Brien with a first Breeders' Cup Classic. The master of Ballydoyle has come close a few times to claiming the prize, most notably with Giant's Causeway, who was narrowly beaten by Tiznow in 2000. Having broken the world record for the number of top-level wins in a year at Doncaster on Saturday, nobody would be in a rush to write off his chances in the big race at Del Mar on Saturday. Churchill won the English and Irish Guineas earlier in the season but has been without a victory since the Curragh in May. War Decree has had a lighter campaign, finishing fifth in the French Derby and then bolting up in a Group Three at Dundalk. Last year's winner Arrogate will break from stall one, with the favourite Gun Runner in five.
