Churchill Remains On Target For Dewhurst Churchill will aim to give Aidan O'Brien another Newmarket Group One in Saturday's Dubai Dewhurst Stakes. In a stellar season for the Ballydoyle trainer he has celebrated numerous big race wins at Headquarters through Minding, Alice Springs twice, Brave Anna, Roly Poly and Cougar Mountain. Churchill, a Royal Ascot winner back in June and already a Group One scorer, is heavily odds-on to win what is generally seen as the race which decides the champion juvenile. "The plan is to bring him over (Churchill) but we will see how the week goes," said O'Brien. "That's what we are looking at at the moment. Everything is so far so good." Last time out Churchill beat Mehmas by four and a quarter lengths in the National Stakes at the Curragh.
