Clonmel fit for racing but further inspection on Tuesday Clonmel's rescheduled meeting on Tuesday faces a further inspection, but is currently fit to race. Lorcan Wyer, IHRB Clerk of the Course, said this morning: "The track at Clonmel is now fit for racing and the ground is heavy. "However, the current weather forecast is for widespread frost over the coming days with temperatures dropping to -3 at night and possibly getting up to just 2 degrees during the day. "Because of this forecast we have called an inspection for 7.30am on Tuesday morning to determine if racing can go ahead."
