Codd currently leads six times Champion Derek O'Connor by 22 winners to 11. Definite Appeal moved O'Connor onto the 11 winner mark for the season with a win at Dungarvan point to point on Sunday while Codd kept up his good early season work with a double at Ballydarragh point to point. Trainer Colin Bowe is the leader in the Handler's Championship, having trained seven winners, three clear of his nearest pursuers.
