Connections of Kitty Rose are already looking forward to next spring, with the exciting Invincible Army bay likely to start off in a Guineas trial.

Trained by Natalia Lupini and a surprise winner on debut at Naas in August, she proved that was no fluke by winning the Listed Ingabelle Stakes at Leopardstown, the opening race of the Irish Champions Festival.

While she beat Content into second at the Foxrock venue, the positions were reversed when they met again in the Group 3 Staffordstown Stud Stakes at the Curragh in early October.

"She is on her break at the moment, she is just doing easy work at the minute. We will just go easy with her all through the winter and get her strengthened up well," Craig Bryson, partner of Lupini, stated.

"She just got caught in front (at the Curragh) and she probably did a wee bit too much in front on the soft ground. Content came out and ran a blinder (in fourth) at the Breeders' Cup.

"Next year when she strengthens up - she's a very big filly - she will be one to look forward to. She will be a solid filly in those big races. We will look forward to the spring.

"She will probably start off in a Guineas Trial early in the spring and take it from there."
