Crosse looking forward to Pretty Gorgeous in the Moyglare Young jockey Shane Crosse has had a great year so far, riding out his claim and with 31 winners on the board thus far. He’s had plenty of Stakes success on the likes of Speak In Colours, Thundering Nights and English St Leger possible Galileo Chrome. He won the Group 2 Debutante Stakes at the Curragh last month on Pretty Gorgeous, and is excited about partnering Joseph O’Brien’s Lawman filly in Sunday’s Moyglare Stud Stakes back at headquarters. “I love the big filly. We’ll be heading to Sunday with high hopes. She’s a gorgeous big girl and all roads lead to Sunday. "She’s got a lot of class and she’s quite a big, robust filly. She hits the ground quite hard so I think if it came up soft I wouldn’t be worrying about it too much. "It was quite fast the day in Leopardstown (second in the Siver Flash Stakes) and she just kind of lacked maybe a little gear or so. "She really kind of came to the fore in the Curragh the last day (Debutante Stakes) but since day one, when she came into the yard, she looked a 3-year-old. She’s done everything that we’ve asked of her at two, so whatever she does on Sunday hopefully she’ll be even better next year. "To be heading to Champions Weekend with a ride, let alone a favourite’s chance in a Group One, is humongous for me and it’s a chance I’ll be taking with both hands for sure."
