The Joseph O'Brien trained Dancing Saxon justified 3/1f when staying on well under Joey Sheridan to win the opening Party Time And Limerick Motor Centre Rated Race at Limerick.

Sitting mid division in the early stages, the Fishdance Limited owned filly edged closer to track the leaders entering the straight.

Ridden to lead over 150 yards out, the daughter of Saxon Warrior kept on well to score by a neck from the fast finishing Inisfallen.

Joey Sheridan reported: "She's genuine. She just has a little look when she gets there. The race suited her and, she's very genuine."
