Danny Mullins excited by Cilaos Danny Mullins is excited by the prospect of teaming up with Cilaos Emery again in the Ladbrokes Dublin Chase at Leopardstown on Saturday. The Willie Mullins-trained gelding is unbeaten in three chase starts and was most impressive when taking the Grade 2 Hilly Way Chase at Cork in December when the trainer's nephew was in the plate. He admits his mount faces a stern test stepping into top level company now but is hopeful of a big showing from the Califet gelding. “It's a proper contest but I give him a good chance in it,” said the jockey. “It was a good performance in Cork. It was a small field but we went a true gallop all the way and everyday he's getting out he's learning a little bit more. “A Plus Tard and Chacun Pour Soi probably set the standard but Min is after winning the race the last two years and you couldn't forget about him either. “It's what the Dublin Festival deserves, a proper spring trial. All the Irish ones are there and they'll have a proper go at it.”
