Classy sprinter Mooneista is set to make her seasonal debut at Cork next Sunday.

The daughter of Dandy Man gave trainer Jack Davison his biggest win to date when scoring in the Group 2 Sapphire Stakes at the Curragh last July.

He is looking forward to another big season with the four-year-old, starting in the Listed Cork Stakes.

“We’ve had a smooth run, touch wood, and we are looking to make her seasonal debut in the Cork Stakes next Sunday,” said the Dunboyne handler.

“We are really happy with her and she’s exciting to say the least. I’ve always been bullish about her but she’s the real deal. Hopefully she continues to improve this year.

“We’ll start her over six but she’ll mix it between five and six over the season.”
