Robson De Aguiar holds a strong hand in the irishinjuredjockeys.com Rated Race at Dundalk this evening with Bryant and Dallas Star both among a quality six-runner field over two miles.

Bryant provided De Aguiar with his first winner since taking out a licence when appreciating the step up to this trip here in November, while Dallas Star was also successful at this venue last year and now drops in class after taking on Al Riffa in the Comer Group International Irish St Leger. Tribal Star runner-up in the valuable Marathon Handicap at the All-Weather Championships in Newcastle last spring, and Listed-placed Tyson Fury are also among the sextet.

The Group Deals Available At Dundalk Stadium Rated Race also carries a prize pool of €22,000 and the veteran Big Gossey faces seven rivals including the progressive Instant Appeal who has completed a hat-trick here since joining Stephen Thorne.

De Aguiar is represented by Carolina Jetstream who was beaten a length by Instant Appeal last month but now reopposes on significantly better terms.

The seven-race card gets underway at 4.15.
