De Bromhead delighted with Indo effort Henry de Bromhead is eyeing the Glenfarclas Cross Country Handicap Chase at the Cheltenham Festival with Minella Indo after a fine effort over the course last Friday. The 2021 Gold Cup winner made his debut over the cross-country obstacles when fourth to Latenightpass. He is now prominent in the betting for the festival contest, currently a best priced 6/1. "I was delighted with him, he really took to it and it gives us more options now. I'd imagine we'll head back there to the festival (for the cross-country chase),” said de Bromhead. "He went over for the November meeting and in fairness Gavin Sheehan very kindly schooled him and did a lot with him. Rachael has done a good bit at home as well and he really enjoyed it on Friday."
