Deauville trip for Condon runners Curragh-based handler Ken Condon has a busy weekend ahead, when his team will go furthest afield with Laws Of Indices and Teresa Mendoza intended runners in France. “Laws Of Indices runs in the Prix Jean Prat (at Deauville on Sunday). He’s a good solid horse and ran well in the Commonwealth Cup where he finished out well," explained Condon. “He’s been to France before and ran well in the Lagardere. He doesn’t have the obvious credentials to win a race like that but is a very solid horse and won’t let us down. “He seems in very good form and we are looking forward to him back over seven over there. Olivier Peslier takes the ride. “I also run Teresa Mendoza over there in a six-furlong sprint. She’s had a nice season so far and was second the last day behind Romantic Proposal. She’s been consistent and is getting a little bit better with each run. “It’s a long way to go but if she can reproduce her Curragh run then she should be competitive.”
