Dettori on Tobougg at Epsom Frankie Dettori will partner Tobougg in the Vodafone Derby on Saturday, it has been revealed. A statement on the official Godolphin website confirmed Dettori will ride the Barathea colt in the blue riband, with the Dubai organisation`s other possible at the confirmation stage, Wareed, going to Royal Ascot. Tobougg finished ninth when favourite for the Sagitta 2000 Guineas on his only outing this season, although he was unbeaten in three runs, including victory in the Dewhurst Stakes, when trained by Mick Channon as a juvenile. Ladbrokes quote the Godolphin runner as a 16-1 chance for Saturday`s contest.
