Dettori Picks Up Plum Spare For Fabre Frankie Dettori has been snapped up for the ride on French challenger Linda's Lad in the Vodafone Derby at Epsom on Saturday.The Italian jockey, who is still searching for a first win in the premier Classic, is free to partner the Andre Fabre-trained colt after Godolphin announced Winged Cupid would miss out.Fabre, who has also yet to break his duck in the world's most famous Flat race, confirmed: 'Linda's Lad is a consistent horse and Frankie Dettori definitely rides.'Linda's Lad, a Group One winner as a juvenile, is as low as 12-1 with Ladbrokes after claiming the Lingfield Derby Trial on his last start.Fabre also has hot favourite Visindar in the blue riband and he will be defending a three-race unbeaten record.He added: 'Visindar is in great shape.
