Dha Leath to take her chance in Cambridgeshire This season's three-time handicap winner Dha Leath is set to drop in distance for the Irish Cambridgeshire at Curragh on Saturday with trainer Gavin Cromwell hoping for some ease in the going. The four year old daughter of Mehmas won handicaps in April at Limerick and twice in June, at Gowran and Roscommon, and was subsequently well beaten when stepping up to 1m4f at the Galway festival. Set to carry 8st11lb on Saturday, Cromwell reports "you would probably prefer more juice in the ground but she won over a mile in Limerick on her first start for me. "Pace-wise, I would say they will have to go hard to play to her strengths, which is a straight mile, so hopefully they will with plenty of runners. The plan is to run, it is a nice pot and we'll let her take her chance."
