Wayne and Coleen Rooney's horse Tomway managed to beat just one rival home as he had his second racecourse start at Chepstow.

Having his second start after making his debut at Chester recently, the Tom Dascombe-trained juvenile was sent off at 12-1 in the 32RedPoker.com Maiden Auction Stakes.

Settled in third early on by Richard Kingscote, he faded when the race began to get serious and dropped out tamely.
