There was a boilover in the opening Irish EBF Median Sires Series Fillies Maiden at Dundalk as  Donner Dancer scored at 50/1 for trainer Robsobn de Aguiar and jockey Patrick McGettigan.

A first Irish winner for In Swoop, the German Derby winner and beaten a neck by Sottsaa in that year's Arc, the newcomer came from mid-division in the seven-furlong contest to collar Sonic Sabiha close home for a neck success.

Letterkenny teenager McGettigan had this to say of Anthea Kennedy and Mrs Luke Barry's winner: “Robson was full of confidence in her. She's obviously by a National Hunt stallion, so we knew she'd stay.

“It was just a matter of getting her into her stride, and get her flowing, as we knew she'd come home well.

“I tried to teach her as much as I could, she's a big girl and she's going to take plenty of educating and tutoring. She did it well."
