Doubles for the O'Dwyers and JP as Luimneach scores over fences Sent off a 15/2 chance, Luimneach recorded his first win in over three years when taking Kilbeggan's 0-100 handicap chase over two and a half miles. The Fame And Glory gelding travelled well and challenged longtime leader My Cullen at the last, where both horses made mistakes. It was Luimneach who, despite exhibiting a high head-carriage, found that bit extra on the run-in to score by half a length. "He came from Dessie McDonogh's with the other lad (earlier winner in For The Night)," said winning trainer Conor O'Dwyer. "Second run for us. His jumping normally lets him down, but he was very good today, except for missing the last a bit. "He's so big, he nearly gets away with it. He travelled like the other lad as well, very sweet. I was happy throughout the race. It was an easy watch. He tends, then, to kinda think about things when he gets to the front. He stuck at it there and got the job done, so it's brilliant." The winner was completing doubles for trainer O'Dwyer, son and rider Charlie O'Dwyer and owner J.P. McManus.  Additional reporting by John O'Riordan
