Down Royal inspection Christmas morning Turf Club officials inspected the course at Down Royal this afternoon and found the track to be unfit for racing due to a covering of snow. A futher inspection will take place at 10am on Christmas day to see if the following day's fixture can take place. The track at Limerick is currently raceable, but due to the threat of severe overnight frosts the situation will be monitored. No problems are reported at Leopardstown.
