Doyle in no rush to step Limites up in class Trainer Liz Doyle is keen to tread cautiously with Wexford winner Without Limites. The five-year-old grey made a striking impression on his chasing debut when he claimed a two-and-a-half-mile beginners' chase. But Doyle does not want to throw him straight in at the deep end just yet. She said: "He is in good form since Wexford and all is well with him. "He'll go to Navan now on December 17 for a rated novice chase, which is for horses rated below 123. "We are just taking small steps with him and keeping him at his own class until he gains more experience." Doyle also had news of Gran Geste, who made his racecourse debut a winning one in a bumper at Thurles last month. She said of the four-year-old: "He will probably go for a hurdle now. He was quite green in his bumper, did nothing right, went around 10 horses wide on the bend, but still won. He has come out of the race well and it should bring him on a lot. "He jumps hurdles well and should be progressive. He will probably go for a maiden hurdle in the next couple of weeks. He has been sold since his Thurles win, things aren't finalised yet, but he will stay with me anyway."
