A total of 11 horses remain in the Geoffrey Freer Stakes at Newbury on Saturday following today`s confirmation stage.

Last season`s St Leger winner Millenary is sure to be a leading fancy on Saturday following his good fifth to Galileo in the King George VI And Queen Elizabeth Diamond Stakes at Ascot at the end of July.

The remaining entries are Paul Cole`s Courteous, third in a French Group Two contest last time, and the Gerard Butler-trained Kuwait Trooper, who finished last in the same race.
