Keith Donoghue sent him on at the start and the pair were some 15 lengths clear halfway. Although the advantage was reduced after two out, they asserted after the last and breezed in for an easy win by 20 lengths for owner Dominic Kearns. Aboras Mahler finished a remote second at 150/1 and was five-and-a-half-lengths clear of 200/1 Layenda. Gavin Cromwell said: "He made the running in his point-to-point as well and he's quite a free, forward-going horse. "He actually settled lovely in front and had a good look at his hurdles. Jumped well, jumped a bit big everywhere but he had plenty of time to get a good breather into him. "Absolutely (could build his confidence) and loves that good ground."
