English runner set for Ulster Derby Tough Leader is on course to become the first English runner for four years in the Ulster Harp Derby at Down Royal later this month, it emerged today.Newmarket trainer David Cosgrove said he intended to run the seven-year-old in the #50,000 contest on June 23rd.Tough Leader, who was formerly with Ben Hanbury, will bid for a second win in the Vodafone Rated Stakes on the Derby card at Epsom on Saturday after which he will be flown to Northern Ireland.Cosgrove said: 'Tough leader was a year with Michael Dickinson in Maryland and won a race out there before I got him in December. He won the Epsom race two years ago for Ben Hanbury.'The last English-trained runner in the Ulster race was Docklands Limo who won for Brian McMath in 1997.
