Error Rules Out Baracouda An administrative error has seen French ace Baracouda fail to appear among the nine confirmations for the totesport Long Walk Hurdle at Windsor on Saturday. Francois Doumen´s 10-year-old has taken the Grade One race on four occasions, and beat Crystal D´Ainay by three-quarters of a length 12 months ago to add to his wins in 2000, 2001 and 2003. But owner JP McManus´ racing manager Frank Berry said: 'Everything is fine, it was just a clerical error and he wasn´t confirmed this morning. 'I wouldn´t have any idea at this stage where he will go instead.' His arch rival in the stayers´ division and Ladbrokes World Hurdle winner Inglis Drever heads those left in at the five-day stage, with his trainer Howard Johnson also confirming No Refuge. Crystal D´Ainay, third to Inglis Drever and Baracouda in the Long Distance Hurdle at Newbury last month, is another possible runner.? PA Sport
