Exeter to inspect Thursday's fixture at Exeter is subject to an 8am inspection on raceday morning. Although the course is expected to be raceable by Wednesday afternoon, a slight threat of snow provoked the need for an assessment of conditions. Clerk of the course Barry Johnson said: "It is thawing all the time, so all of the frost should be out of the ground by this afternoon. "If the forecast is right, we will be fine. "My only concern is that the rain which is forecast turns out to be snow - that's the only issue, really."
