Fallon Refused Rermission To Ride In Arlington Million Leading Irish jockey Kieren Fallon has been refused permission to ride in the Arlington Million horse race in Chicago on Saturday, according to the thoroughbredtimes Web site in America.The Arlington Park stewards were quoted as saying:'Mr Fallon?s presence on the grounds of any facility under the jurisdiction of the Illinois Racing Board calls into question the honesty and integrity of horse racing due to his current indictment in England of conspiracy to defraud.'Fallon is suspended from riding in Britain as he awaits trial next year but he has been able to continue as normal in Ireland and France.He was due to partner Ace in the Arlington Million for Irish trainer Aidan O?Brien. he duo won last year?s race with Powerscourt.The stewards? decision raises the question of whether Fallon, 41, will be able to take part in the Breeders? Cup series at Churchill Downs, Kentucky on Nov. 4.? Reuters
