Fenton delighted with Dunguib progress Philip Fenton feels Dunguib has "come on leaps and bounds" after making a victorious debut over hurdles at Galway last month. The six-year-old is now likely to make his eagerly-awaited next appearance in the Grade One Bar One Royal Bond Novice Hurdle at Fairyhouse on November 28. Connections of last season's leading bumper horse have decided against running him in the 'For Auction' Novice Hurdle at Navan on Sunday. "He's in absolutely great shape," said Fenton. "He won't run on Sunday, it looks like the Royal Bond next. "He has come on leaps and bounds for his first run, we hope. "He popped over a few hurdles this morning and everything is good with him." Dunguib is favourite at a general 5-2 for the Supreme Novices' Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival. He is even being quoted for the Champion Hurdle at a top-priced 25-1.
