Flanagan hoping for good run from Daly Tiger Jockey Sean Flanagan is hoping for a good run from Daly Tiger in the Red Mills Chase at Gowran on Saturday, where the Gigginstown House Stud-owned gelding faces four rivals. Noel Meade's six-time winner is rated 157 and meets 164-rated Melon on Saturday, along with Chatham Street Lad (rated 150), Hardline (155), and Sizing Pottsie (153). Flanagan says “he had very encouraging runs when he was second to Energumene in November and winning over Christmas and is a quite classy horse who has won two competitive handicap chases. He seems to be in a good vein of form at the moment. “Running over 2m4f won't be a major problem to him, he won a Grade B handicap Chase at Punchestown over that distance on very testing ground and he seemed to relish it.”
