Former Senior Turf Club Vet passes away

Maura O'Connor the former Senior Vet for the Turf Club has passed away following her long battle with illness.

Maura retired from her position with the Turf Club several years ago to concentrate on research work.

She will be waked in her home at 4 pm today. Her remains will be brought to the church in Rathangan Co Kildare at 7 pm tomorrow evening followed by a funeral Mass at 11 am on Wednesday morning.

Burial will take place in Bray Co Wicklow.
