Gavin Cromwell 's Full Moon Tonight sprang a 25/1 surprise  in Leopardstown's Irish Stallion Farms EBF Median Auction Maiden over a mile.

The Oasis Dream filly, who made the frame in two outings at Dundalk over the winter, raised in mid-division under Robert Whearty and turned for home in sixth place. Ridden in the centre of the track over a furlong out, she finished with the flourish to reel in Daring Heart who had hugged the rail all the way around.

Half-a-length was the margin of victory for the Equinox Syndicate's three-year-old.

"She did it well. We got a little bit of interference after about a furlong and a-half but she landed in a okay position and travelled nicely. It was a very even pace. I was happy with the way she picked up and hit the line. You'd have to say that she's going to get a bit further as well."
