Galileo heads York entry

Galileo, breathtaking winner of the Budweiser Irish Derby, heads a block entry of 22 by Aidan O`Brien for the Juddmonte International Stakes at York next month.

The Ballydoyle trainer has put other stars such as Irish 2000 Guineas and St James`s Palace Stakes winner Black Minnaloushe, and Imagine, the Irish 1000 and Vodafone Oaks victor, in a list totalling 64 for the Stg£450,000 Group One race at the Knavesmire on August 21st.

Black Minnaloushe reappears in Saturday`s Coral Eurobet-Eclipse Stakes and likely Sandown rivals including Tobougg and Medicean are also among the York entry.

Tobougg, third to Galileo in the Vodafone Derby, is one of 10 Godolphin entries, which also includes Fantastic Light. The five-year-old is favourite for the King George VI And Queen Elizabeth Diamond Stakes at Ascot later this month following his impressive win in the Prince of Wales`s Stakes.

Medicean`s trainer Sir Michael Stoute has Sagitta 2000 Guineas winner Golan and Dante Stakeswinner Dilshaan among his five entries.
