Godolphin buy Jim Bolger's Chabal Top two year old Chabal, favourite for the Jumeirah Dewhurst Stakes on Saturday, has been bought by Godolphin. He is the second notable purchase by Godolphin in recent weeks, who also recently bought the National Stakes winner Kingsfort out of Kevin Prendergast's yard. Chabal's trainer Jim Bolger stated on Monday: "I can confirm that Chabal has been sold and that he will be running for me for the last time in the Dewhurst on Saturday."He has been bought by Sheikh Mohammed and will be racing for Godolphin." Chabal will be attempting to give Bolger an amazing fourth consecutive win in the Dewhurst following Teofilo, New Approach and Intense Focus.
