Godolphin duo head Cup entry

Godolphin are making a double bid to lift the Vodafone Coronation Cup for the third time in the last four years at Epsom on Friday.

Sheikh Mohammed`s operation run both Kutub and Marienbard in the #275,000 added Group One event for which just six horses were declared at today`s 48-hour final stage.

Godolphin struck with Daylami in 1999 and Mutafaweq last year. Both horses were partnered to victory by Frankie Dettori, who plumps for Kutub with Jamie Spencer aboard trainer Saeed bin Suroor`s other runner, Marienbard.

Storming Home, fifth to Galileo in last year`s Vodafone Derby, represents trainer Barry Hills, while Middleham handler Mark Johnston saddles Yorkshire Cup winner Zindabad.

German challenger Boreal brings an international flavour to the race while the line-up is completed by David Elsworth`s five-year-old Pawn Broker.
